Management development programm

Nacap has a worldwide career management programm for people with 1-10 years work experience:
  • Created to achieve growth both as a person and as a professional
  • Facilitated with a personal mentor and personal training budget
  • With regular meetings to exchange experiences and to get new inspiration
The selection of people who can participate in the programm is reviewed every year, but the aim is that all employees who have the ambition to grow must be able to do so.

Nacap also has the 'pipeliner programm' which gives a more technical background.

Traditionally large construction projects are 'cut into small pieces', like global design, engineering, construction and maintenance. This type of project management can lead to suboptimisations and high costs of control. In the last 10 to 15 years various new forms of contracts have been introduced in the industry to:
  • Solve structural delays in project execution
  • Mitigate risks
  • Keep within budget
This requires a functional description of the desired result and either the end-to-end outsourcing of the project, or an alliance approach in which client and contractor align their goals. Nacap is fully equipped to handle end-to-end projects and has extensive experience with alliance contracts.

In its article "Managing capital projects" McKinsey states that standardising engineering, new contracting models and ensuring collaboration between all involved in the project can lead to competative advantage for Oil & Gas companies. Nacap employees are guided through one set of corporate values that are needed for such collaboration, e.g.:
  • Teamwork
  • Integrity
  • Passion for results
We are open to discuss any contract form that helps in placing risks where they can be managed best and that leads to good results.
